Carte is a business card scanning and intelligence platform operated by Huntington Analytics (huntington-analytics.com). The service allows you to scan business cards via photo, QR code, NFC, or LinkedIn URL, extract contact information using AI, and generate dossiers, meeting prep, and email drafts to help you follow up with contacts.
You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use Carte. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Your data: You retain full ownership of any business card images, contact data, notes, and tags you create in Carte. You may export your data at any time.
Our platform: The Carte application, its design, code, AI prompts, and branding are the property of Huntington Analytics. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.
Dossiers, meeting prep, and email drafts are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it in professional or business contexts. Huntington Analytics makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
Carte is intended for individual professional use. We reserve the right to impose rate limits on scanning, dossier generation, and API usage to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive automated use, bulk scanning beyond reasonable personal use, or reselling access to the service is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that could harm other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We strive to keep Carte available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via the app or email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntington Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from AI-generated content inaccuracies, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huntington Analytics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
Your use of Carte is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
